I am a Life, Leadership and Career Coach based in Horley and Crawley.
I enjoyed 20 happy years as a teacher in primary education and had a leadership role for most of that time. My job required many different skills and these transfer very naturally to coaching. I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to be coached in my role as Deputy Headteacher. As I was coached, life began to change for me – or rather, I began to change my life. I found clarity in situations; I challenged and pushed myself; and I used skills that deep down I knew I had. Most importantly, I achieved the goals that I set for myself. Through coaching I put myself on the pathway to making change. It was illuminating and empowering.
When I reached a natural crossroads in my life, I turned to coaching again – this time it wasn’t about work or the school. It was about me. I made the decision to leave my job and train to become a coach. It made perfect sense as I believe in the coaching process and wanted to be part of it.
Today I am a qualified and accredited coach and NLP practitioner, and coach 1:1 on the phone, Skype and Zoom.
I particularly work with leaders, and professional women requiring support with their career and lives.

I absolutely love coaching, and it is a great privilege to work with people who are seeking change, development and greater well-being in their business or personal lives.
Many things inspire me. I am always on the lookout for every day occurrences that speak or sing to me and make me feel motivated.
I especially love words. I like reading and sharing inspirational quotes – I used to display them for colleagues in the school staffroom. Here is an insight from Thomas Edison to share with you:
‘If we did all the things we were capable of, we would literally astound ourselves.’
Through coaching you will find your own words and speaking them will make them come to life.
